In 2014 we founded Evolve (Ukevolve Ltd).
Our vision was to develop packages of 1:1 support for Adults with Autistic Spectrum Conditions, mental ill health and learning disabilities in Exeter, East Devon and surrounding area.
We wanted to use modern technology to avoid having paperwork in our people's homes, improve recording and have live access to records. There were some computer systems available at the time, but nothing that gave us what we wanted, so we developed our own.
The Support Hive that exists today is the result of years of continual improvement and is used to record thousands of activities, daily.
